We believe everyone deserves healthy, nutritious food. Our programs help make food from local gardens and farms available to the community and empower people with the tools they need to eat well every day.

Farm Stand at Rainier Beach Urban Farm & Wetlands
Visit our farm stand at Rainier Beach Urban Farm & Wetlands for your seasonal favorites while helping to support local farmers! The farm stand offers an abundance of fresh vegetables, herbs, fruit, flowers, eggs, honey and other agricultural products — all grown at our farm or sourced from small local farms.
Good Food Bags
The Good Food Bags program is an innovative weekly produce subscription that improves access to fresh produce for families in the South Seattle community. We work directly with local farmers to source organically grown fruits and vegetables.

Community Kitchen Events
Bring your family and join us at Rainier Beach Urban Farm & Wetlands to cook, share a meal, and celebrate the diverse food cultures of South Seattle. Together, we’ll explore seasonal cooking, reduce food waste, and build community through the wisdom of our neighbors.
Nutrition Education for Seniors
Registered dietitians with Tilth Alliance support more than 20 multicultural meal sites throughout the greater Seattle area, providing food safety and nutrition education, as well as support meal sites and participants in cooking with seasonal, locally grown produce.

Farm to Preschool Collaborative
Tilth Alliance participates in the City of Seattle’s Farm to Preschool collaborative, which provides local, sustainably grown, farm fresh foods to underserved childcare centers in Seattle. Farm to Preschool partners offer nutrition and gardening education, staff training, and technical assistance through a collaborative partnership of organizations.
Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)
Our community supported agriculture (CSA) program connects you to great produce grown at Rainier Beach Urban Farm & Wetlands and other small Washington farms. Enjoy a curated box of fresh seasonal produce each week for 15 weeks, June through September.
