Development Manager
Tilth Alliance seeks a dynamic Development Manager to lead donor relations, database management, and community outreach efforts. This role will cultivate relationships with donors, manage Salesforce NPSP, implement fundraising campaigns, and represent Tilth Alliance at events. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, database expertise, and a passion for sustainable food systems. They will collaborate with the Development Team on goals and participate in justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives, supporting Tilth Alliance’s mission to build a sustainable, healthy, and equitable food future.
Development Coordinator
Tilth Alliance seeks a tech-savvy, well-organized Development Coordinator to support fundraising, marketing, and event planning efforts. This dynamic role offers valuable experience in nonprofit development, including supporting donor relations, helping to maintain a Salesforce database, assisting with e-newsletters and social media, supporting event planning, and leading volunteer teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative environment, participating in justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives while working closely with the Development Team to achieve organizational goals.

Youth Employment
As a Rainier Beach Youth Steward, youth ages 14-18 gain job experience through wetland restoration and farm education. The Stewards participate in different aspects of farm operations, learn about wetland restoration at the farm, and build relationships with peers, adult staff, and volunteers.
