Accounting Manager
Keep our mission growing strong by managing Tilth Alliance’s financial health. You’ll handle day-to-day accounting, support budgets and create reports that help our programs thrive. Field Production Manager
Ready to get your hands in the soil for a good cause? We’re looking for an experienced farm leader to manage our diversified food production at Rainier Beach Urban Farm & Wetlands. You’ll plan crops, lead our youth crew, and help grow fresh food that nourishes our community. We need someone with 2-3 seasons of vegetable production experience and strong leadership skills. Youth Employment
As a Rainier Beach Youth Steward, youth ages 14-18 gain job experience through wetland restoration and farm education. The Stewards participate in different aspects of farm operations, learn about wetland restoration at the farm, and build relationships with peers, adult staff, and volunteers.
