Our finance and administration team is responsible for maintaining a strong foundation for the organization and its work. The Office Manager is a key member of the Executive Team performing a variety of duties that support the smooth operation of the office and organization, as well as providing administrative support to the Executive Director and Finance & Administration Manager.
The ideal candidate for this new role in our team will be tech savvy, customer focused and methodical. At the core of the Development Team, you will gain valuable experience and exposure to different areas of work in a fun and fast-paced setting. Reporting to the Director of Development, your day-to-day work will be supporting the Communications Manager and two Development Managers through having your own distinct areas of responsibility.
Natural Yard Care Educational Coordinator
Our Natural Yard Care coordinators provide residents in Seattle and King County with information on natural yard care topics covering all aspects of landscape and indoor plant care. Coordinators reach out to the public in Seattle and King County through virtual and in person educational events. A major component of this position includes working on the Garden Hotline for phone, email and walk-in queries from residents, and includes hazardous waste management calls and RainWise program online chats.
Program Manager – Coalition for Organic & Regenerative Agriculture (CORA)
Tilth Alliance seeks a Program Manager to support the Coalition for Organic & Regenerative Agriculture’s Governing Council and work to achieve the goals and objectives of the coalition. The CORA Program Manager will report to the Governing Council, with Tilth Alliance’s Executive Director as their direct supervisor.
