Nick Montgomery is a permaculturalist and sessional instructor in University of Victoria’s School of Environmental Studies. He holds a PhD in Cultural Studies and his work focuses on socially and ecologically regenerative forms of life with a focus on food and horizontal relationships. He is the co-founder of Nutcase Nursery, a permaculture-inspired, small-scale nut tree nursery on Denman Island in British Columbia.
