The first hour of the workshop will take place inside WA Meat Up’s Mobile Meat Classroom, and will cover meat butchery demonstrations across multiple species, current industry trends, understanding your consumer base, pricing strategies to improve profit margin, and efficiencies in fabrication and scheduling.
