Trade Show Details
- The trade show will take place in the Commons space at Fort Worden. The Commons is also the location for conference meals and happy hours on Thursday and Friday.
- Includes one 6’ table with linen, 2 chairs, Wi-Fi, power upon request.
- Limit of two (2) reps per booth.
- Access to social events including Thursday happy hour, Friday Banquet and party.
- Company name listed in conference program.
- Opportunity to advertise in conference program at a 15% discounted rate.
- 15% discount on conference program registration (all meals included).
- Opportunity to purchase individual conference meals on-site.
- Trade show hours are scheduled for Thurs., Oct. 26; 6 p.m.-8 p.m. and Fri., Oct. 27; 8 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
- Load in begins Thu., Oct. 26; noon, with set up by 5 p.m. No Friday load-in. Load out details TBD.
