  • For in-person classes, we accept cancellations up to 1 week prior to class for a full refund. If you are unable to attend and miss the cancellation window, you can send another person in your place.
  • In the event that Tilth Alliance cancels a class, we will issue you a full refund.

Photo Policy

By registering for classes, you grant to Tilth Alliance, and its successors and assigns, the right to use and publish your photograph, video or voice recordings, or likeness/appearance, with or without your name, on a perpetual basis in any medium or format, for the promotional and educational purposes of Tilth Alliance and the artist who recorded or created the foregoing on behalf of Tilth Alliance. You hereby release Tilth Alliance from all claims and demands that you may have, including without limitation those based on copyright, libel, slander, violation of privacy or publicity or similar rights, arising out of or in connection with the exercise of the rights authorized hereunder. If you would like to opt-out of the photo policy or have any other questions, please email register@tilthalliance.org.

Youth & Families

Cancellation Policy

  • Camps & Classes
    • If you are unable to attend a camp or class, changes and cancellations are available by emailing youthprograms@tilthalliance.org. Please review the cancellation policy outlined below prior to contacting the registration office.
    • Full refunds are available up to three weeks prior to your camp or class start date, minus a $50 admin fee per registration. Transfers to other camps are based on availability, prior to three weeks in advance.
    • Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refunds or credits for changes or cancellation requests received less than three weeks prior to the start of your camp week.
    • There are no refunds of registration fees if your child misses camp days due to vacation, calendar conflicts or personal choice. Camp tuition is based on enrollment not attendance.
    • Within three weeks of camp, no refunds are made unless the camper in question finds themselves in one of these circumstances. The family will receive a (50%) refund if:
      a) there is a death or serious illness in their immediate family requiring their attendance.
      b) the camper becomes ill and unable to attend camp.  Last minute cancellations due to chronic conditions may not meet the criteria of becoming ill.
    • Cancellations due to other extenuating circumstances are on a case-by-case basis.
  • Field Trips & Service Learning
    • Field trips happen rain or shine. We will only cancel in the rare cases of severe weather. In the event that Tilth Alliance cancels a field trip, we will issue you a full refund.
    • Cancellations 14 days or less prior to the field trip will not be refunded.
    • For cancellations 15 days or more, Tilth Alliance will retain $30 for administrative & processing fees, and the remainder will be refunded.
