Description

Winter can be a quiet time in the garden, which is perfect for pruning and planning! Join us for an engaging and participatory online class, where we’ll dig into the details of the winter season.

In this session, we will discuss:

  • Which crops and plants may be thriving or resting now
  • Basics of winter garden care
  • Simple winter pruning techniques
  • How to plan get started planning for a bountiful year ahead

This virtual class will feature a live, interactive lecture with slide show, group conversation and time for questions and answers with the instructor. A detailed outline with recommended resources will also be provided. We will be using Zoom for this class, which you can use on your computer or phone.

This online workshop is part of a seasonal series, where we’ll explore the garden throughout each season together. Join us for more fun with Spring in the Organic Garden, Summer in the Organic Garden, and Fall in the Organic Garden.
