Description
Let’s explore the world of foraging in our new, 3-week after-school series focused on our original teachers: plants! During our time together, we will:
- Learn how to safely identify and mindfully harvest wild edibles.
- Prepare and enjoy our foraged foods in fresh snacks like wild pesto, green juices, berry smoothies, and dandelion tea.
- Develop our stewardship skills through planting, weeding, and seed starting as we tend to our garden and other natural growing spaces on the farm.
