Description
Calling all budding gardeners and chefs! It’s officially autumn on the farm, and the garden is overflowing with abundance! Please join us for a 3-week series dedicated to preserving the fall harvest. Together, we will:
- Learn more about how to care for the garden as it changes with the season
- Harvest fresh fall produce from the garden and use it to create autumnal inspired foods such as jams, fruit leather, pickles, and soups
- Learn how to preserve the harvest into the next season
- Develop and strengthen our gardening skills through planting, weeding, harvesting, and seed saving!
