Looking forward to getting started in the garden this year, but wondering what to plant, when to plant it, and why? Learn how to make a thoughtful plan for your garden with this introductory class.
In this class, we will discuss:
- Organic gardening basics
- Seasonally appropriate crops
- Creating a map and designing your garden
- Helpful supplies and resources
This in-person workshop will take place indoors, with a combination of show-and-tell, lecture and planning activities. The session will be in a room with an air filter and with windows and doors open for good ventilation. Class size is limited to about 15 people, and we will be following current public health recommendations.
