Join us for this class to learn how to make pickles beyond your garden variety cucumber dills. \n\n\n\nIn this class we will: \n\n\n\n\nDiscuss basics of food safety with different pickling methods\n\n\n\nDemonstrate different pickling methods\, including canning and fermentation\n\n\n\nLearn how to make easy refrigerator pickles\n\n\n\n\nThis in-person class will take place both indoors & outdoors\, with a combination of conversational lecture and hands-on activities in the kitchen. Class size is limited to 15 people\, and we will be following current public health recommendations. Come prepared to have fun and get messy. Cost of class includes supplies — you will take a small sample home.
