Description

Summer is in full bloom in our garden, and we can’t wait to explore it with you! In this camp, we will learn about different ways we can have relationships with the garden. Together, we will learn about what plants need to survive and how to nurture a garden. Then, we will discover the magic of harvesting! Using garden fruits, vegetables, herbs, and flowers, we will cook delicious meals, brew refreshing tea, and make art. Parents or guardians garden with their child guided by Tilth Alliance staff. Snack is included.

About Our Youth Programs

Program happens rain or shine. Please dress for the weather and for a hands-on garden/farm day – warm layers, closed toed shoes, and rain gear on rainy days. Each day, children bring a water bottle and snack to be prepared for an active camp day. Check out some Frequently Asked Questions.

Scholarships

Tilth Alliance strives to educate all children regardless of their financial means. All youth programs include reduced price tickets. If a reduced price ticket is still not affordable, we encourage you to apply for a scholarship.
