Description

Do you have a passion for wildlife? Join us as we investigate the plant and animal friends living in our growing spaces and discover how the garden can be a sanctuary for wildlife.
We will:

  • Explore who occupies the many habitats and ecosystems at either of our two locations.
  • Build environmental stewardship skills through hands on projects, like creating garden habitats and food for pollinators.
  • Learn how to spot, track and identify animal signs in nature.
  • Discover the magical world of birds through bird watching and bird calls.
  • Take a closer look at the hidden world of invertebrates through compost and soil investigation.
  • At the end of the week, campers will have a chance to become Tilth W.I.L.D (Wildlife Invertebrate Land Discovery) certified.

Some activities during this camp may include seeds and nuts.
