  • Starting two fermentation projects to take home
  • Demonstration of continued care for your fermenting products

Class will take place on Friday, May 22nd from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. and will include a half hour break for lunch. This workshop will be held indoors with a combination of conversational lecture, show-and-tell, taste testing, and hands-on activities.
