Virginia and Stacy Thomas manage a small successful organic dairy in Northeast Washington. Stacy grew up riding his family’s milk trucks in Eastern Washington, and always had a strong desire to start a farm. They met while serving in the U.S. Coast Guard, and Stacy’s dairy heritage convinced them to start Clover Mountain Dairy in 2018. They have found success by having everything on their farm revolve around the welfare of their cows. Their Jersey herd is certified organic, 100% grass-fed, A2A2 genetics, and calves are raised by their cows.
