Tim is President and founder of Engineered Compost Systems. During his 31 years in the compost industry, he has worked as a researcher, product developer, facility designer, and a process improvement and permitting consultant. He teaches classes in facility design and odor management at CREF and WORC operator training programs. He serves on the board of trustees of the CREF.
