Rebecca Anderson Bellanca is the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Small Farms and Urban Agriculture Specialist for Washington State. She has certifications in Permaculture, Holistic Management International, and Elaine Ingham’s Soil Food Web School. She has experience on small farms after farm hopping across the US and starting small farms in Texas and Washington.
