Rebecca Anderson Bellanca is the Washington Natural Resources Conservation Service’s (NRCS) State Small Farms & Urban Agriculture Specialist. She has been with NRCS since 2016, working in Texas and Washington. She also has certifications in Permaculture, Holistic Management International, and Elaine Ingham’s Soil Food Web School.
