Ray and Tom sell their wheat to two distilleries in Seattle. They will share how they established these business relationships and the special products they blend grains to meet their customers demands. They grow over 3,000 acres of organic grains, including malting barley as well as Walla Walla Sweet onions and winter squash. They sell most of their product wholesale.
