Raeanne Bettencourt has worked for the Natural Resource Conservation Service for four years, three of which were served as a Soil Conservationist for Morrow County and the last year as the new Small Farms and Organic Specialist for the John Day/Umatilla/Snake River (JDUSR) Basin. Rae has a passion for agriculture and helping landowners all over the basin conserve their ground and enhance the beauty of the land!
