Mike Maki
A founding board member of the Tilth Association and the Maritime Permaculture Institute, Mike has long been active in developing agroforestry and permaculture systems, including decades of experience in commercial mushroom production. Currently he is establishing MycoDynamics, a new medicinal mushroom company. In 1983 he facilitated Bill Mollison’s first Permaculture Design Course at The Evergreen State College. As part of his international work, in 1999 he co-founded the Richard Evans Schultes Center for Amazonian Ethnobotanical Research in Peru.
