Edgar Pacheco is an Organic Crop Inspector and the Bilingual Specialist for the WSDA Organic Program. His expertise is in the development and implementation of Food Safety programs in handling and processing operations of apples, pears and cherries. Edgar works directly with Spanish-Speaking organic certification clients and assists in the translation of organic resources.
