Denali (she/her) was born and raised in Ohio but made her way to the Puget Sound to work as a Farm Specialist for EarthCorps and Wakulima. Denali is passionate about using regenerative farming practices to nurture reciprocal relationships between the land and communities. She envisions a future where our youth and communities at large feel connected to our food systems and empowered to grow healthy foods. Before landing in Seattle, she was exploring organic, regenerative growing practices and community composting initiatives on the island of Kaua’i. Denali studied engineering and environmental science in college and loves finding creative ways to incorporate science and technology into community-based projects.
