Angela Kora

Angela Kora is the co-owner and co-founder of Ethos Bakery in Richland, WA. Founded in 2011, Ethos has been milling local grains for use in their bakery products since day one, and in 2020 expanded their milling operations to include retail and wholesale flour for local and regional markets. As the director of bakery operations, Angela combines her analytic background in engineering with her community-minded values in striving towards the bakery’s goals: creating excellent foods inspired by the region and her team’s cultural background that invoke nostalgia and taste traditions while also sparking new food memories, and cultivating a space where community can gather and celebrate the day-to-day moments of their lives.
