    Local Hens

Camryn is the marketing director of Local Hens, where she is lucky enough to get to work with new family farms every single day. At Local Hens, Camryn helps farmers cultivate their digital presence by finding new and innovative ways to highlight farms across the US and get more consumer eyes on their products via social media. Camryn is passionate about the local food movement and develops/coordinates the brand’s overall digital presence including social media, web, and SEO. She has over 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on consumer goods.

Local Hens is a free farm directory that allows consumers to search for farms that sell fresh, local food. Farmers can set up a free farm profile to share photos, their farm story, and link to their website and social media. They promote 1-2 farms weekly on their Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, consumer newsletter, and website. Currently, they have over 3,000 farms signed up across the US. With Local Hens at the center of the farm to table movement, it is their mission to connect communities to fresh, local food and help keep local dollars in local communities. They believe it is important for people to know where their food comes from – and find good stuff nearby! For more information please visit localhens.com.
