Many of the newest generation of farmers are joining together to start farming instead of going it alone. This presentation provides some examples of how small farms with shared ownership through cooperative structures can allow for more equitable relationships, while still getting the work done. We’ll cover financial, legal, and management structures and understand how they relate to employment law, taxation, and risk management.
